If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same room and dates on another website, we will match it when you book directly through our Reservations Center.
CONDITIONS
To qualify for the Best Rate Guarantee:
- The rate must be publicly available, visible, and bookable online.
- It must be for the same room type, travel dates, and occupancy.
- It must have identical cancellation and payment policies.
- The request must be submitted before completing your direct reservation.
- The comparison will be based on the total final price, including taxes and mandatory fees.

To be considered valid, the lower rate must:
- Be publicly available and bookable online
- Match the same room category
- Have identical check-in and check-out dates
- Include the same number of guests
- Match the same rate plan and inclusions
- Have identical cancellation and payment policies
3. How to Submit a Request
Requests must be submitted before booking, through our Reservations Center (WhatsApp or Call Center), including:
- A direct link showing the lower available rate
- Screenshots as supporting evidence
- Complete reservation details
Tesoro Resorts will review the request and respond within up to 24 hours.
4. Applicable Benefit
If all requirements are met, the hotel will:

5. Exclusions
The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
- Corporate or negotiated rates
- Group or event rates (e.g., weddings, celebrations)
- Rates using exclusive promo codes
- Closed membership or loyalty program rates
- Package deals that include transportation, activities, or additional services
- Non-public or restricted-access rates
- Rates on websites that require login or membership
6. Verification & Approval
Tesoro Resorts reserves the right to verify the availability and accuracy of the reported rate. If the lower rate is no longer available at the time of verification, the request will not be honored.
7. Modifications & Cancellation
Tesoro Resorts reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
